FAQ
Weld-in or bolt-in?
Bolt-in suits track days and club use and can be removed. Weld-in is stiffer, stronger, and required by many championships.
CDS or T45? MIG or TIG?
CDS tube with MIG welding is our standard and passes the Blue Book for most club championships. T45 is lighter for the same strength. TIG gives neater, more precise welds for show and top-level builds.
Will it pass scrutineering?
We build to the current Blue Book for your category. Tell us your championship when you ask for a quote.
What do I need to strip for a weld-in cage?
The interior, dash, glass (where needed) and loom back from the work area. Ask us about stripping if you'd rather we did it.
I'm not in Manchester. Can I still use you?
Yes. Customers trailer cars in from across the UK.
